DINNER Q&A

Q: Are parents supposed to attend the Awards Dinner or is it just for the athletes?

A: The dinner is most definitely for parents as well as athletes! Most athletes' parents attend. The dinner is an opportunity for all of us to come together as a community to recognize our athletes' dedication. During the dinner, which is also attended by distinguished members of the school faculty and Board of Education, each coach speaks about their team's accomplishments and applauds certain athletes for their outstanding contributions as leaders, scholars and team members.

We hope that all parents of our winter athletes will attend this wonderful celebration!

TROUBLESHOOTING ONLINE RSVP or PAYMENT

HAVE YOU ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM IN RSVP'ing or PAYING for the Awards Dinner? 

Q: Did you RSVP for the dinner including parent dinners but forgot to pay for the parent dinners, or were unable to pay due to a system problem? You can click HERE to initiate the PAYMENT again. Please only go to this link if you are sure you have RSVPd for the parent dinners but still need to pay. If you are experiencing payment problems, you can call Karen Fisch at (914) 722-4277 to provide your credit card information by phone.

Q: Did you get an INTERNAL ERROR when you click SUBMIT?

A: After you click SUBMIT, if you get to a page that says INTERNAL ERROR, simply click the 'BACK ARROW' at the top left hand of the browser screen. This will take you back to the page with the SUBMIT button. Just click SUBMIT again and you should be taken to the Payment page. If you are concerned, you can email [email protected] and we will check that your information came through.

Q: Did your RSVP go through?

A: If your RSVP went through, you should have been brought to the Payment Page. If you did not get to the payment page, then your RSVP may not have gone through. Please try again, and make sure that you CLICK the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the RSVP. You can also email [email protected] if you are unsure. 

Q: Are you unsure whether you have paid for the parent dinner(s)?

A: Please check your email - if you paid, you should have a receipt from [email protected] which should have a subject line of "Your payment to Maroon & White, Inc". Within a day or two, you should also be able to check your credit card activity, your bank activity, or your paypal account, depending on how you paid.  

Q: Did you RSVP for an athlete, but now want to RSVP for parents who have subsequently decided that they can come?

A: Please re-RSVP for the athlete, including the PARENT RSVPs, pay for the parent dinners, and email [email protected] with the change in information.
